I said enough was enough a few years ago because I couldn't ignore the tics anymore. I got to 'breaking point'.
So, although the Doctors' don't have a cure for us - and there is no pill to take...

For me, I used to get frustrated with the Tic - I'd then put in some effort to stop it.
